Website Terms of Use
Effective: August 9, 2026
Questions: info@buyerward.com
These terms govern use of the BUYERWARD website. By using this website, you agree to these terms. These website terms do not themselves create a sourcing, agency, supply, purchase, representation or other commercial agreement.
1. Website information
Website content is provided for general business information. Product categories, supplier capabilities, processes and service descriptions may evolve and should not be treated as a binding quotation, warranty or commitment.
2. No automatic supplier approval or order commitment
Submitting a buyer inquiry does not obligate BUYERWARD to accept or execute a sourcing project. Submitting a manufacturer application does not constitute supplier approval, placement on an approved-vendor list, exclusivity, representation, or a guarantee of inquiries or orders.
3. Commercial arrangements
Any actual sourcing, procurement, supplier-development, private-label or other commercial engagement will be subject to separately agreed commercial terms, specifications, responsibilities, payment terms and, where appropriate, written agreements.
4. Intellectual property
BUYERWARD names, logos, brand elements, website design and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. They may not be copied or used to imply endorsement or affiliation without permission.
5. Third-party information
Where the website discusses manufacturers, industry standards, markets or third-party information, BUYERWARD does not guarantee that third-party information is complete or current unless expressly stated in a separate agreement.
6. Website availability
We may modify, suspend or discontinue website content or functionality at any time. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access.
7. Limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, BUYERWARD is not responsible for losses arising solely from reliance on general website information. Specific commercial decisions should be based on the applicable project documents, specifications, due diligence and agreements.
8. Contact

Note: These are baseline website terms for launch and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before they are relied upon for material contractual or jurisdiction-specific protections.
